Back-up Alarm - The alarm will sound when the transmission control lever is in the reverse position. It is used to alert people that the machine is backing up. A three position switch at the rear of the back-up alarm regulates its volume. (1) is High, (2) is Low and (3) is Medium.The alarm is set at the highest sound level when shipped from the factory. The setting should remain on High, unless the job site requires a lower level.Heater Controls
Fan Speed Switch (1) - This switch controls the three speed heater fan. OFF - The heater fan is OFF. First Speed - The heater fan operates at first (lowest) speed. Second Speed - The heater fan operates at second (medium) speed. Third Speed - The heater fan operates at third (highest) speed. Temperature Control (2) - Turn the control further into the red zone to progressively increase the temperature. Turn the control to the white zone to get air at ambient temperature.Heating and Air Conditioning Controls (if equipped)

Heating - Turn the fan speed switch clockwise from OFF to operate the heater. Air Conditioning - Turn the fan speed switch counterclockwise from OFF to operate the air conditioner. Third Speed - The heater/air conditioner fan operates at third (highest) speed. Temperature Control (2) - With the fan speed switch (1) turned clockwise from OFF to select HEATING, turn the control further into the red zone to progressively increase the temperature.With the fan speed switch (1) turned counterclockwise from OFF to select AIR CONDITIONING, turn the control further into the blue zone to progressively reduce the temperature.Seat Adjustment
Adjust the seat at the beginning of each shift or when changing operators.Adjust the seat to allow full travel of the pedals when the operator is seated against the seat back. Adjust the angle of the backrest by leaning forward and turning lever (1). The backrest will come forward. Lean gently against the backrest and turn the lever intermittently. The backrest can be made to move backward, one notch at a time, in this way.Adjust the height of the back of the seat by taking your weight off the seat and pulling up on lever (2). The back of the seat will lift. Sit down again and operate the lever intermittently to make the back of the seat go down, one notch at
