This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS4267" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Dirt may ingress around the outer diameter of the rod wiper seal on rear suspension cylinders of certain D30D Articulated Trucks and cause the cylinders to leak.

1. REMOVE THE REAR SUSPENSION CYLINDERS FROM THE TRUCK.2. USE PROCEDURE OUTLINED IN SERVICE MANUAL MODULE SENR8210 TO DISASSEMBLE THE CYLINDERS.3. CLEAN AND INSPECT ALL PARTS. REFER TO GUIDELINES FOR REUSEABLE PARTS ON HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS AND RODS DURING INSPECTION.4. INSTALL NEW SEALS IN 154-2333 HEAD AS PER Illustration. "APPLY COATING OF 4C4032 ADHESIVE TO THE OUTER CASING OF THE 138-9740 SEAL-WIPER BEFORE INSTALLATION INTO THE HEAD"5. REASSEMBLE CYLINDER USING NEW SEALS ON PISTON. REFER TO SPECIFICATIONS MANUAL SENR8194-02 FOR CORRECT ASSEMBLY TORQUE VALUES FOR HEAD AND PISTON.6. RE-INSTALL CYLINDERS ON TRUCK. IF ONE SUSPENSION CYLINDER LEAKS, THIS PROGRAMME SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED ON BOTH CYLINDERS
