Removal Procedure

If necessary, remove the radiator support bracket from front bracket (2). Ref to the Original Equipment Manufactures (OEM) for the correct procedure.
Remove the fan drive from the engine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Drive - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Remove bolts (1) from bracket (2). Support the front bracket as the bolt are removed.
Remove front bracket (2) from the engine.
If necessary, remove idler pulley (3) from bracket (19). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Idler Pulley - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.

If necessary, remove the air cleaner and the bracket from rear bracket (5). Ref to the OEM for the correct procedure.
Remove bolts (4) from rear bracket (5) from the engine. Support the rear bracket as the bolt are removed.
Remove rear bracket (5) from the engine. Installation Procedure
Ensure that all components are clean and free from wear and damage. If necessary, replace any components that are worn or damaged.

Position rear bracket (23) onto the engine.
Install bolts (22) to rear bracket (23). Support the rear bracket as the bolt are installed.
Tighten bolts (22) to a torque of 190 N m (140 lb ft).
If necessary, install the air cleaner and the bracket to rear bracket (22). Ref to the OEM for the correct procedure.

Position front bracket (2) onto the engine.
Install bolts (1) to bracket (2). Support the front bracket as the bolt are installed.
Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 60 N m (44 lb ft)
If necessary, install idler pulley (3) to bracket (19). Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Idler Pulley - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
Install the fan drive to the engine. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Drive - Remove and Install" for the correct procedure.
If necessary, install the radiator support bracket to front bracket (19). Ref to the OEM for the correct procedure.
