Installation Procedure

Loosen three bolts (14) on each side of the threshold. Inspect the seal between the floor panel and the machine. If the seal is worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Apply 4C-9612 Silicone RTV Gasket Material between the platform plate and the threshold plate.

Attach the appropriate lifting device to cab (13), as shown. Install the cab with the gasket in place between the operator station and the cab. The gasket must be properly aligned.

Install bolts and washers (11). Do not tighten the bolts at this time.

Install three floorplate bolts and washers (12) on each side of cab. Do not tighten bolts at this time. Apply 4C-9612 Silicone RTV Gasket Material to the two-piece joint.
All cab mounting bolts can now be tightened in the following order.
Tighten bolts (11) .
Tighten bolts to the dash panel (6) .
Tighten floorplate bolts (12) .
Tighten floorplate bolts (14) .

Install vents (8) and bolts (7) to both sides of cab. Install covers (10) and bolts (9) to both sides and rear of cab.

Reposition wiring harnesses (5) and connect wiring connectors (4) .

Install cover (3) and bolts (2) .
Install floormats in the cab.

Connect the hoses (1) .Note: Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for all fluid capacities and the proper filling procedures.
