1. Remove clamp (1) from pipes (2) and (3).2. Disconnect and remove pipes (2) and (3) at both ends.3. Loosen clamp (4) and disconnect air inlet hose (5) from turbocharger.4. Remove clamp (6) from turbocharger 5. Loosen clamp (7) and remove hose (8) from turbocharger.6. Remove four jam nuts and four nuts (9) from the exhaust elbow. Remove turbocharger (10) and gasket from exhaust elbow. the following steps are required for installation.7. Apply 4C5597 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of four exhaust manifold studs. Inspect the gasket and replace if necessary.8. Set gasket into position over exhaust elbow studs.9. Install turbocharger (10) into position on hose (8) and over exhaust elbow studs. Install four nuts and jam nuts (9). Tighten four nuts to a torque of 44 N m (33 lb ft). Tighten hose clamp (7).10. Install pipes (2) and (3). Inspect and replace gaskets if necessary. Tighten two bolts and hose clamp on pipe (2). Tighten fittings on both ends of pipe (3).End By:a. install right engine panel assemblyb. remove lift cylinder support bracket (939)
