Release the hydraulic system pressure.

Attach a suitable lifting device to link assembly (2). The weight of link assembly (2) is approximately 57 kg (125 lb). Remove bolt (1).
Use Tooling (A) to remove pin (3). Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (A). The combined weight of Tooling (A) and pin (3) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).
Lower link assembly (2) to the ground.

Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt cylinder (4). The weight of tilt cylinder (4) is approximately 181 kg (400 lb). Remove bolt (6) and the spacer.
Use Tooling (B) to remove pin assembly (5). Attach a suitable lifting device to tooling (B). The combined weight of pin assembly (5) and Tooling (B) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Remove pin assembly (5) and the washers.
Start the machine. Retract the rod of tilt cylinder (4). Shut off the machine. Lower tilt cylinder (4) onto suitable cribbing.

Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to lever assembly (7). The combined weight of lever assembly (7) and the link assembly is approximately 281 kg (620 lb).
Remove bolt (8). Use Tooling (D) to remove pin assembly (9). Attach a suitable lifting device to Tooling (D). The combined weight of Tooling (D) and pin assembly (9) is approximately 61 kg (135 lb). Remove pin assembly (9). Remove lever assembly (7) and the link assembly.Installation Procedure

Attach Tooling (C) and a suitable lifting device to lever assembly (7). The combined weight of lever assembly (7) and the link assembly is approximately 281 kg (620 lb). Position lever assembly (7) and the link assembly. Apply Tooling (E) to the surface of pin assembly (9). Install pin assembly (9) and bolt (8).

Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt cylinder (4). The weight of tilt cylinder (4) is approximately 181 kg (400 lb).
Start the machine. Extend the rod of tilt cylinder (4). Align the bore of tilt cylinder (4) and the bore of the lever assembly. Apply Tooling (E) to the surface of pin assembly (5). Install pin assembly (5), the washers, and bolt (6).Install the washer on each side of tilt cylinder to obtain 1.80 mm (0.071 inch) total clearance between the center of tilt cylinder and inner face of the tilt lever.
Shut off the machine.
