Information:
1. Remove six bolts and nuts (1). Remove adapter (2) from the hub. 2. Remove O-ring seal (6). Remove the lock, two bolts (3) and washer (4).3. Remove hub (5) from the pulley and bracket assembly. 4. Remove seal (7) from the hub. 5. Remove two bearings (9) and spacer (8) from the hub. 6. Remove spacer (10) from the bracket assembly.Assemble Fan Drive
1. Put the hub in position in the pulley.2. Install bearing (1) and spacer (2) in the hub.3. Turn the pulley and hub over. Install the other bearing in the hub until it makes contact with the spacer. 4. Install the lip type seal in the hub with tool (A). Install the seal with the lip of the seal as shown. 5. Install spacer (3) on the bracket assembly as shown.6. Put the hub and pulley in position on the bracket assembly. 7. Make sure bearing (5) is in the counterbore of the hub all of the way.8. Install washer (6), lock and two bolts (4) that hold the hub to the bracket assembly.9. Install the adapter on the hub. Install the bolts that hold it.End By:a. install fan drive and fan
