1. Drain the fuel tank. 2. Remove three floor plate sections (1). 3. Remove panel assembly (2). 4. Remove bolts (4), the shims, and support (3) between the fuel and hydraulic tank 5. Remove four bolts (5). 6. Remove three bolts (6) on each side of the seat support. Remove the seat group. 7. Disconnect the wiring harness at connector (7) and (8). 8. Disconnect linkage rods (9) and (10), and fuel line (11). 9. Install tooling (A) and a hoist on the fuel tank. Remove support bolts (12). 10. Remove bolts (13) and the frame to fuel tank shims. 11. Remove fuel tank bolts (14). 12. Remove bolt (15) and remove the fuel tank from the vehicle. Weight of the fuel tank is 200 kg (441 lb.).Install Fuel Tank
1. Install tooling (A) and a hoist and put fuel tank in position on the vehicle chassis. Install bolts (12). 2. Install bolts (14). 3. Install the original number of shims and bolts (13). 4. With panel in position, install bolt (15). Remove the hoist and tooling (A). 5. Install fuel line (11), and two linkage rods (9) and (10). 6. Install wiring harness connectors (7) and (8). 7. Put seat group in position in operator station and install three bolts (6) on each side. 8. Install four bolts (5) to fasten seat assembly plate to the bar assembly. 9. Put support (3) and the shims in position, and install bolts (4). 10. Install panel assembly (2) between hydraulic and fuel tank. 11. Install operator station floor plates (1).
