Remove the hood.

Remove bracket (1).
Disconnect coolant reserve tank and the hydraulic oil filter brackets from the counterweight.

Remove mirror (2).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to counterweight (3). The weight of counterweight (3) is approximately 3560 kg (7848 lb).

Remove bolts (4) and remove counterweight (3).Installation Procedure
Install counterweight (3) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of four bolts (4).
Attach a suitable lifting device to tooling (A) on counterweight (3). The weight of counterweight (3) is approximately 3560 kg (7848 lb).
Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 2800 350 N m (2065 258 lb ft)
