A     155-0695     Thread Lock Compound     1    Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

Install nut (7) to lever (2) .
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of lever (2) prior to installation.
Install lever (2) to pilot control valve (6). Lever (2) must be installed for a minimum of four turns.
Hold lever (2) in the orientation as shown and tighten nut (7) to a torque of 70 5 N m (51 4 lb ft).
Install grommet (8). Pull the wiring harness through the hole in pilot control valve (6) .
Install electrical connector (4). For instructions on servicing Deutsch connectors refer to Special Instruction, SEHS9615.

Install pilot control valve (6) and lever (2) to the machine.
Install four screws (3) .
Install the six fittings to pilot control valve (6) .
Connect six hose assemblies (5) .
Connect electrical connector (4) .

Install cover (1) .
Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".End By:
Install the seat. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Seat - Remove and Install".
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
