Information:
INSTALLATION: To install the new apron lift frame, one 2J1227 Retainer must be welded to the left mounting plate for the lift frame, on top of the gooseneck. Installation of this retainer is shown in the illustration. To install the lubrication line:
1. Weld two 5H9394 Bosses to the top of the gooseneck in the locations shown.2. Fabricate a block as shown and weld in the left side of the opening under the center of the draft tube.3. Install the 3G8876 Hose Assembly through the hole in the top near the front of the gooseneck, then down through the left tube inside the gooseneck, and connect it to the top of the fabricated block.4. Install the 3B8489 Fitting in the bottom of the block.5. Connect the upper end of the hose to the hole in the end of the lift frame.
Dimensions to fabricate block for lubrication line and fitting.
Installation of parts on scraper draft frame.
Location of pins and clamps on new lift frame.
