VIBRATORY COMPACTOR,
Compatible equipment models: 1410977:
Information:
(1) Start the engine (8) with the hydraulic excavator set in a posture as shown at the left then unload hydraulic oil for 10 to 15 minutes. * Set the engine (8) speed (rpm) to minimum noload.* Do not move front structure, upper structure and lower structure.(2) Hydraulic tank Relieve internal pressure from hydraulic tank in accordance with Operation Manual.(3) Pump Perform air relief from pump (7) based on Operation Manual.5. Pilot Pump Flow Measurement
5-1 Installation Of Floatic Portable Tester
(1) Connection of connector B 1. Connect connector A to the inlet port of floating portable tester to a specified tightening torque using a torque wrench and open head.2. Connect tester hose I to connector B to a specified tightening torque using a torque wrench and open head. * B: Connector B (2) Disconnect flexible hose (29) from connector (30) using a torque wrench open head and a spanner. * Reversely connecting tester hoses III and IV to inlet and outlet ports of Floatic portable tester makes it impossible to perform correct flow measurement. (3) Attach plug to the flexible hose (29) with a spanner.(4) Inlet side 1. Connect tester hose III to connector (30) to a specified tightening torque using a torque wrench, open head and spanner. * III: Tester hose III 2. Insert tester hose III to connector B to a specified tightening torque using a torque wrench and open head. * III : Tester hose III* B : Connector B(5) Outlet side 1. Connect the pilot pump delivery hose to the tester outlet port. * Connections of Floatic portable tester and pump are shown at the left.5-2 Measurement Of Pilot Pump Flow
(1) Set the hydraulic oil temperature at 50 5°C (122 9°F) as described in "3-8 Specified Hydraulic Oil Temperature setting and Engine Performance Check". (2) Pull the accelerator lever all the way back and check that the maximum no-load engine r.p.m. is within 2250 50 r.p.m. range. (3) Switch the selector switch to B, slowly turn the Floatic portable tester loading valve handle clockwise, then measure the delivery flow at each measuring pressure. * Slowly operate the loading valve to increase pressure.* Measure at the measurement points shown below. (4) Turn the loading valve handle counterclockwise, open the loading valve, change the selector switch from B to OFF, then stop the engine. * Gradually operate the loading valve to decrease the pressure.* Before stopping the engine, confirm that the Floatic portable tester pointer points "0".* Disconnecting the Floatic portable tester connection with the pressure gauge pointer indicating higher than "0" is daugerous since hydraulic oil spurts, thus be sure to disconnect only when the pressure gauge pointer indicates "0". (5) Push the Floatic Portable Tester PULL ON switch down to shut the electrical circuit OFF. * Leaving the PULL ON switch "ON" discharges the Floatic Portable Tester battery, so be sure to turn it "OFF".5-3 Removal Of Floatic Portable Tester
(1) Outlet side. 1. Pull tester hose IV out from hydraulic tank
