If the radio has a rev level other than 10, return the radio to the original packaging. Mark the package to indicate it has been inspected according to this program (PI7XXXXX). Return the part to dealer stock.

Refer to the parts in image 1.4.1. Inspect all 422-3241, 455-5563, 463-1176, 463-1178, 463-1180, 464-6133, 467-4161, 480-9645, 488-0973, 488-0974, 488-0975, 488-0986, and 488-0987 Product Link Kits in dealer parts stock.
Open the kit and locate the Product Link Radio (440-2104, 440-2105, 480-3534, or 480-3535). Inspect the rev level. Refer to image 1.2.1. If any 440-2104, 440-2105, 480-3534, or 480-3535 PL641 Radios have rev level 10, return the Product Link radio to the kit and remove the parts from dealer parts stock. If the radio has a rev level other than 10, return the radio to the kit. Mark the package to indicate it has been inspected according to this program (PI7XXXXX). Return the part to dealer parts stock.

Refer to the parts in image 1.5.1. Inspect all 455-5564, 463-1177, 463-1179, and 467-4162 Product Link Kits in dealer parts stock. Kits 463-1177 and 463-1179 will contain kit 455-5564 which will contain the PL631 radio.
Open the kit and locate the Product Link Radio (442-7199). Inspect the rev level. Refer to image 1.3.1. If any 442-7199 PL631 Radios have rev level 06, return the Product Link radio to the kit and remove the parts from dealer parts stock. If the radio has a rev level other than 06, return the radio to the original packaging and return the Product Link radio to the kit. Mark the package to indicate it has been inspected according to this program (PI7XXXXX). Return the part to dealer parts stock.

Refer to the parts in image 1.6.1. Inspect all 463-1180 Product Link Kits in dealer parts stock. This kit will contain 2 radio kits, 455-5563(PL641) and 455-5564(PL631).
Open the kit and locate the Product Link Radios (440-2105 and 442-7199). Inspect the rev level. Refer to image 1.2.1 and image 1.3.1. If any 440-2105 PL641 Radio has rev level 10 OR if any 442-7199 PL631 Radio has rev level 06, return the Product Link radio to the kit and remove the parts from dealer parts stock. If the 440-2105 PL641 radio has a rev level other than 10 AND the 442-7199 PL631 radio has a rev level other than 06, return the radio to the kit.
