Personal injury or death can result from lifting a heavy component. The heavy component can fall if using an incorrect hoist and/or sling or fastener to lift the load.Be sure the hoist and other devices have the correct lifting capacity to lift a heavy component. The approximate weight of the heavy component is given below.
Failure to comply to the rated load can cause possible personal injury or attachment damage.Review the rated load of a particular attachment before performing any operation. Make adjustments to the rated load as necessary.
Note: The lifting assembly should only be used with the appropriate accumulators as mentioned in Table 1. Ensure that the lifting clamp assemblies are fully assembled and that the bolts are NOT completely tightened before fitting the Accumulators.Once the appropriate location is marked, the tool should be bolted correctly in order to prevent it from slipping. The Working Load Limit (WLL) of the lifting clamp assemblies (423-5675, 426-5691, and 426-5702) are 625 kg (1378 lb). It is recommended NOT to use the tool assembly to lift more than the rated WLL.

For safety, it is recommended that the operator remain at a safe distance while the tool is in use.

Inspection
Inspect tooling prior to each use for damage, bending, nicks, burrs, dents, cracks, bent or worn parts. If damage is found, destroy the tool and dispose of as scrap. Replace damaged tool with new product.
Do not use unless the Working Load Limit (WLL) identification markings are legible.
Do not use if any holes are elongated or deformed.
Have the tool inspected annually by an approved dealership inspector.Cleaning
Clean the tooling using a non-solvent based cleaner.Storage
Store the tooling in a clean, dry location
