3. Loosen all oil pan plate bolts (2) and install a spacer (1) between the oil pan plate and the cylinder block.4. Fasten a hoist to the flywheel housing. Weight of the flywheel housing is 101 kg (225 lb.). 5. Remove bolts (3) that hold flywheel housing to cylinder block.6. Remove flywheel housing.Install Flywheel Housing
1. Install a new gasket on flywheel housing.2. Install two 1/2"-13 NC forged eyebolts in flywheel housing.3. Fasten a hoist to the flywheel housing. Weight of housing is 101 kg (225 lb.). 4. Put the flywheel housing (1) in position on cylinder block. 5. Install the bolts that hold the flywheel housing to the cylinder block. Put bolts with heads marked with Y or Z into holes shown. Tighten bolts in number sequence to 100 15 N m (75 10 lb.ft.).6. Remove the spacer from between the oil pan plate.7. Install and tighten all bolts in the oil pan plate.end by:a) install hydraulic oil tank *b) install transmission oil pump *c) install hydraulic oil pump *d) install electric starting motore) install crankshaft rear sealf) install engine (power shift, direct and special application)*These operations are in the Power Train Disassembly and Assembly Section.
