ACTION REQUIRED
Remove the current platform mounting plates and install new plates according to the instructions in REHS8630 "Procedure to Improve the Right-Hand Platform Support on the 793F Off-Highway Truck". If misalignment of more than 3 mm exists at the transition plate realign in accordance with instructions also found in REHS8630.

An additional 1 hour is allowed for correcting vertical misalignment if needed.
An additional 18 hours is allowed for sites that are required to remove the tire prior to performing the procedure.
If the plates were fabricated by the dealer prior to parts being stocked and available for order, an additional maximum of $1,000.00 U.S. will be allowed for labor and materials to fabricate the plates shown in the special instructions. Include outside expenses at cost. Retain a copy of all invoices for outside expenses in the history folder for audit purposes.
