Install bearings (14) on both sides of the frame.
Use snap ring pliers to install two snap rings (15) on both sides of the frame.
Attach Tooling (C) to the belt tensioner cylinder on the right side of the machine. The weight of the belt tensioner cylinder is approximately 295 kg (650 lb).

Raise the belt tensioner cylinder in position on the frame.
Install the spacer, the bushing, pin (12), the washer, and bolt (11) .
Detention both belt tensioner cylinders simultaneously to avoid damage to the front axle.
Remove the plug from the belt tensioner cylinder. Install the fitting that is part of Tooling (A) in the belt tensioner cylinder. Connect Tooling (A) to the belt tensioner cylinder. Connect Tooling (A) to the No. One Implement quick disconnect coupler (raise). The Implement quick disconnect coupler is located at the rear of the machine.Note: If the machine is not operable, use 367 695.0 Electric Hydraulic Pump as an alternate hydraulic source to pressurize the belt tensioner cylinders.
When pressurizing the belt tensioner cylinders, extend the cylinders only far enough to install the lock assemblies. Do not over extend the belt tensioner cylinders.

Connect Tooling (B) to belt tensioner cylinder (1) on rod end (8) .Note: Use the implement hydraulics to extend the rod end of the belt tensioner cylinder.
Raise the belt tensioner cylinder into position.

Install two spacers (X), the bushing, pin (10), the washer, and bolt (9) in order to secure the belt tensioner cylinder on the bracket.

Disconnect Tooling (C) from the belt tensioner cylinder.
Repeat Steps 5 through 10 for the belt tensioner cylinder on the left side of the machine.

Remove Tooling (B) from rod end (8) of belt tensioner cylinder (1) on both sides of the machine.Note: Use the implement hydraulics to extend the rod end of the belt tensioner cylinder.

Disconnect Tooling (A) and the fittings from belt tensioner cylinders (1) in the front of the machine. Disconnect Tooling (A) from the No. One Implement quick disconnect coupler (raise). The Implement quick disconnect coupler is located at the rear of the machine.

Install breaker relief valve (7) to the belt tensioner cylinder on both sides of the machine.

Install guard (6) with the washers, and bolts (5) to both of the belt tensioner cylinders.

Connect electrical connector (4) to belt tensioner cylinder (1) on both sides of the machine.

Install plate assembly (2) with the washers and bolts (3) on belt tensioner cylinder (1) on both sides of the machine.
