Information:
Remove four bolts (7) from the fender assembly.
Use the hoist to remove fender assembly. The weight of the fender assembly is 100 kg (220 lb).

Remove five bolts (9) and cover (8). Repeat this step on the opposite side of the machine.Note: Machines with Conventional Steering refer to Step 10. Machines with Command Control steering refer to Step 11.

Remove four bolts (10) and lower steering metering pump (11) .

Remove two nuts (10), the washers, and the bolts. Place steering shaft (11) aside. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Shaft - Remove and Install" for additional information.

Remove two nuts (12) and lower service brake control valve (13) .

Remove pin (16). Loosen nut (14). Remove parking brake cable (15) from the bracket.Note: Machines with Pilot Hydraulic Bucket Controls refer to Step 14.

Open the cab door in order to allow access to the pilot lines. Disconnect six hydraulic hoses (17) from the side of the cab.

Note: The refrigerant lines are air conditioner quick disconnect. The recovery process will not be necessary.
Disconnect two refrigerant lines (18) from the rear of the cab.
Disconnect two heater hoses (19) from the rear of the cab.

Disconnect four harness connectors (20) from the rear of the cab. Remove bolt (21) and the clamp.

Remove bolt (24). Loosen nut (23). Disconnect throttle cable (22) from the engine.

Remove bolt (25) which holds throttle cable (22) in place. Remove two bolts under the cab which hold the throttle cable in place.

Disconnect ground strap (26) from the loader frame.

Attach Tooling (A), a hoist and suitable lifting slings to the top of the cab. The weight of the cab is 1225 kg (2700 lb).

Remove four cab mounting bolts (27). Use the hoist to remove the cab from the loader frame.
