Install O-ring seals (34). Install O-ring seal (33). Install tube (32). Install bolts (29). Install housing (30). Install bolts (29).

Install stem (25), shims (26), retainer (27), and spring (28) for the regulator valve into regulator assembly (11). Install stem (21), shims (22), retainer (23), and spring (24) for the maximum pressure relief valve into regulator assembly (11).

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install cover (19) onto regulator assembly (11). Install the washers and bolts (18).

Install the flange assembly and elbow (15). Install bolts (14).
Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device onto engine oil pump (17). The weight of engine oil pump (17) is approximately 67 kg (147 lb). Position engine oil pump (17) onto the engine. Install bolts (16).
Install bolts (13).

Attach a suitable lifting device onto manifold (11). The weight of manifold (11) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Position manifold (11) on the engine oil pump. Install bolts (12).

Connect tube assembly (10). Install bolts (9). Connect tube assembly (8). Install bolts (7). Install hose assembly (6).

Install the gaskets and the end section of air inlet manifold (4). Install bolts (3). Install bolt (5).

Position cover (1) for the harness assembly onto the air inlet manifold. Install bolts (2).
