1     1     136-6550 Case As     Before assembly, all contact surfaces of the differential case (1) and the thrust washers (2) to be clean and dry. Use Castrol Kleen 3414 or 222-3124 Component Cleaner to clean the surfaces.
Before assembly, apply green Loctite 620 to the contact surfaces of the differential case and the thrust washers.
Assemble the thrust washers with the grooved side of the thrust washer against the gear (4).
Before assembly, apply green Loctite 620 to the lock threads of the flat head screws (3) to the thrust washer.
Finger tighten the flat head screws to the thrust washer on either side.
