Lower the temperature of the bearings in order to aid in installation.

Use Tooling (D) and (E) in order to install the bearings into the lift arms. Ensure that the bearings are centered in the bores.Note: Ensure that the seal lip faces away from the bearings during installation.

Use Tooling (F) in order to install lip seals (11) on each side of all bearings (12) .

Attach a suitable lifting device onto the lift arms. Position the lift arms. The weight of the lift arms is approximately 476 kg (1050 lb). Install Tooling (A) under the crossmember of the lift arms.

Note: Ensure that the pin assemblies slide freely in the pin bores before assembly. Lubricate all the pin bores and the pin assemblies with Tooling (G) .
Install pin assembly (9) and shims (8). Install bolt (10). Repeat for the other side.

Attach a suitable lifting device onto the lift cylinders. Raise the lift cylinders. Align the bores of the lift cylinders with the bores of the lift arms.
Install pin assembly (7) and bolt (6) .

Position tube assemblies (4) onto both sides of the lift arms. Install the clips and bolts (5) for each tube assembly (4) .

Position sensor assembly (1). Install bolts (2). Connect harness assembly (3) .End By:
Install the bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Remove and Install".
Install the tilt levers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Lever (Front) - Remove and Install". Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Lever (Rear) - Remove and Install".
Install the tilt cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Cylinder - Install".
