The heat exchanger and all lines to heaters or the engine contain hot coolant or steam. Any contact can cause severe burns.Remove the filler cap slowly to relieve pressure only when the engine is stopped and the filler cap for the heat exchanger is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.Cooling System Conditioner contains alkali. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Park the machine on a level surface and stop the engine. Make sure that the transmission control is in the PARK position.

Slide open radiator cap access cover (1). Remove radiator cap (2) slowly in order to relieve the pressure.
Inspect the radiator cap for damage, for foreign material, and for deposits.
Clean the radiator cap with a clean cloth or replace the radiator cap, if necessary.
Install the radiator cap.
