Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Thoroughly clean the front trunnion and the bearing in the front trunnion support. Apply Tooling (B) onto the bearing and the seals on the front trunnion support.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to install front trunnion support (3). The weight of front trunnion support (3) is approximately 205 kg (450 lb).

Install yoke (2) onto the differential pinion.

Remove rear oscillating axle (1) from Tooling (A). End By:
Install the rear axle. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Oscillating Axle (Rear) - Install".
