Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Install The key on drive shaft (1) of the air compressor.
Install gasket (5) and adapter (6) on the air compressor.
Align the groove in drive gear (2) with the key in drive shaft (1). Install gear (2) on drive shaft (1).

Install spacer (3) and nut (4) on the drive shaft. Position Tool (A) around the drive gear and tighten nut (4) on the drive shaft. Install O-ring seal (7) on the adapter. End By:
Install the air compressor. Refer to , "Air Compressor - Remove and Install".
