B 8C - 8422 Sealant 1 Start By:
Remove the fixed axle.
Remove the oscillating axle.
Remove the service brake from the intermediate housing.

Attach a suitable lifting device to intermediate housing assembly (1). Remove bolts (2) and intermediate housing assembly (1). The weight of intermediate housing assembly (1) is approximately 82 kg (180 lb).

Remove connectors (8) from header (7).
Remove bolts (6) which hold header (7) and the cooler assembly (3) together.
Remove bolts (5) which hold header (7) in place.
Remove bolts (4) which hold cooler assembly (3) in place.
Remove cooler assembly (3). Installation Procedure
Install cooler assembly (3) in the reverse order of the removal.
