14. Put cylinder block (26) in a press. Install a suitable drive plate of the same size as washer (27). Put a slight compression on washer (27) with the press. Remove the retaining ring (28) and slowly release the spring compression. 15. Remove washer (27), spring (29) and washer (30). 16. Remove three bolts (31). 17. Remove cover (32) and O-ring (33). 18. Remove plug (34). 19. Remove O-ring (35). 20. Remove shaft (36) and swash plate (37). 21. Remove bearing (38). 22. Remove bearing cup (39) and races (40). 23. Remove outer seal (41), two snap rings (42) and inner seal (43). Measure height from body, on adjustment stud (44) to aid in assembly.24. Remove locknut (45). 25. Remove stud (44), plug (46) and O-ring (47). 26. Remove spring seat (48), spring (49) and spring seat (50). Measure height from body, on adjustment stud (51) to aid in assembly.27. Remove locknut (52). 28. Remove stud (51), plug (53) and O-ring (54). 29. Remove spring seat (55), spring stop (56), spring (57) and spring seat (58). 30. Remove two plugs (59) and (60). 31. Remove two O-rings (61) and (62). 32. Remove two spools (63) and (64). 33. Remove fitting (65) and plug (66). 34. Remove two O-rings (67). The following steps are for the assembly of the feeder system pump. All pump components must be cleaned and inspected before assembly. If any components are worn beyond recommended limits they must be replaced. Lubricate all moving parts with clean oil during assembly. Assemble pump with all new seals.35. Install two O-rings (67). 36. Install plug (66) and fitting (65).
Note arrangement of spools (63), (64). Spool (64) with three grooves goes in upper bore (68).
37. Install two spools (63) and (64). 38. Install two O-rings (61) and (62). 39. Install two plugs (59) and (60). 40. Install spring seat (58), spring (57), spring stop (56) and spring seat (55). During installation of stud (51) use height measurement recorded during disassembly.41. Install O-ring (54), plug (53) and stud (51). 42. Install locknut (52). 43. Install spring seat (50), spring (49) and spring seat (48). During installation of stud (44) use height measurement recorded during disassembly.44. Install O-ring (47), plug (46) and stud (44). 45. Install locknut (45). 46. Install two snap rings (42), inner seal (43) and outer seal (41). 47. Install bearing races (40) and bearing cup (39). 48. Install bearing (38). 49. Install swash plate (37) and shaft (36). 50. Install O-ring (35). 51. Install plug (34). 52. Install O-ring (33) and cover (32). 53. Install three bolts (31). For installation identification, the larger diameter washer (27) is between spring (29) and retaining ring (28).54. Install washer (30), spring (29) and washer (27). 55. Put cylinder block (26) in a press. Install a suitable drive plate on washer (27), and compress spring (29) until retaining ring (28) can be installed. 56. Put clean hydraulic oil on nine piston assemblies (24). Install the nine pistons (24) according to
