Information:

Do not operate the machine before the machine systems have been properly warmed up to operating temperatures.Failure to warm up the machine systems properly can result in damage to the engine and/or hydraulic components.
Keep engine speed low until the engine oil pressure alert indicator goes out. If the alert indicator does not go out within ten seconds, stop the engine and investigate the cause before starting again. Failure to do so can cause engine damage.
Allow the engine to warm-up at low idle for at least 5 minutes. Engage the joystick controls and disengage the joystick controls. Engaging the joystick will speed up the warm-up of the hydraulic components. When you idle the machine for warm-up, observe the following recommendations:
If the temperature is greater than 0°C (32°F), warm up the engine for approximately 15 minutes.
If the temperature is less than 0°C (32°F), enable the warm-up function on the monitor. See "Warm-up Function"
Cycle all hydraulic controls to allow warm hydraulic oil to circulate through all hydraulic cylinders and through all hydraulic lines.Warm-up Function
Note: The amount of time needed to warm the hydraulic oil will vary.
Press the top scroll arrow "WARM UP SPEED"from the main display of the monitor to enable the warm-up function. The warm-up function will increase the engine rpm. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Monitoring System" for more information. If your machine is equipped with a hydraulic warming circuit, the warm-up function will also activate the hydraulic warming circuit.Once the hydraulic oil is at operating temperature, the engine will return to idle and the hydraulic warming circuit will be deactivated (if equipped).Note: When the warm-up function is enabled, the warm-up function will monitor the operating temperature of the hydraulic oil. The warm-up function will continue to activate whenever the hydraulic oil temperature falls below the set temperatures.
Cycle all hydraulic controls to allow warm hydraulic oil to circulate through all hydraulic cylinders and through all hydraulic lines.
Press the "WARM UP SPEED" button again, or select a different throttle function on the monitor to disable the warm-up function.Note: Pressing the auto throttle will also cancel the warm up function.
