Install 289-8308 Film on the lower frame.

Install 313-6594 Film inside the cab door. If the machine is located in North America, use 313-9685 Film .Replacement Procedure for the Swing Bearing

Remove the grease line and all of the bolts except for three of the bolts. Tighten the bolts by hand in order to hold the bearing in position.

Use caution in order to avoid damaging the swivel while installing the appropriate lifting device under the swing bearing.

Remove remaining three bolts and move down bearing slowly.

Clean the new swing bearing and the upper frame by removing grease. Clean threaded holes by passing a tap. Remove the dowel from the old swing bearing. Install the dowel on the new swing bearing.

Put sealant in waves on the upper side of the swing bearing. Move up swing bearing close to the upper frame and adjust the position in order to make sure that the gear teeth are matching.

Put new bolts and tighten by hand in order to hold swing bearing on the upper frame (no contact).

Move the swing bearing and tighten the bolts. Tighten all bolts to 900 100 N m (664 74 lb ft).

Install grease line on swing bearing.
