Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the alternator belt. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Alternator Belt - Remove and Install".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Use a suitable tool in order to prevent the crankshaft from rotating. Remove bolts (2).
Remove bolts (2) from crankshaft pulley (1).
Carefully remove the crankshaft pulley (1) from the crankshaft. Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Ensure that the crankshaft pulley is clean and free from damage. Replace any components that are damaged.

Position crankshaft pulley (1) onto the crankshaft.
Install bolts (2) to crankshaft pulley.
Use a suitable tool in order to prevent the crankshaft from rotating. Tighten bolts (2) to an initial torque of 23 N m (203.57 lb in).
Rotate the bolts through an additional 120 degrees in order to achieve the required final torque. End By:
