Right Auger Motor

Disconnect fitting (17) from elbow (18) on the right auger motor.
Connect Tool (B) to elbow (18). Connect fitting (17) to Tool (A).Note: Make sure the flow meter is oriented correctly regarding the flow being measured.
Disconnect fitting (16) from fitting (15) in port "B" of the right auger motor. Plug fitting (16) with Tool (H) and cap fitting (15) with Tool (J).
Disconnect fitting (19) on flushing line from elbow (20). Plug fitting (9) with Tool (K). Cap elbow (20) with Tool (L).Conveyor Motor
Note: The following procedure describes the steps which are used to test the case drain flow for the left conveyor motor. The procedure for testing the case drain flow for the right conveyor motor is similar.

Unhook latch (21), open access panel (22) on the left side of the machine.

Disconnect fitting (27) from elbow (28) in port "L2" of the left motor.Note: The right conveyor motor is similar.
Connect Tool (B) to elbow (28). Connect Tool (A) to fitting (27).Note: Make sure the flow meter is oriented correctly regarding the flow being measured.
Disconnect fitting (23) from elbow (24) in port "A" of the left conveyor motor. Plug fitting (23) with Tool (H) and cap elbow (24) with Tool (J).Note: If the right conveyor motor is being tested, disconnect the fitting from the elbow in the port "B". The ports are labeled on the motor.
Disconnect fitting (26) on flushing line from elbow (25). Plug fitting (26) with Tool (K). Cap elbow (25) with Tool (L).Test Procedure
Auger Motor
Move machine power switch (8) to the ON position.
When the LED next to push to start switch (5) is illuminated, press the push to start switch. Release the push to start switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes.

Press rpm increase switch (30) for the throttle control to place the engine in high idle. The engine speed should increase to 2200 rpm.
Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on operator display (29). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43 5.6 °C (110 10 °F).

Press left auger switch (31) to place the left auger in the MANUAL position. Hold the switch in this position.Note: If the right auger motor is being tested, press right auger switch (32) to place the right auger in the MANUAL position.
Read the flow on the Tool (B). The flow should be less than 4.5 L/min (1.2 US gpm).
Release left auger switch (31).
Press rpm decrease switch (7) for the throttle control once to operate the engine in low idle.
Shut off the engine. Either place machine power switch (8) in the OFF position or press and hold push to start switch (5) for 3 seconds. An LED next to the push to start switch will flash when the engine is in shutdown mode.
If the engine was shut down using the push to start switch (5), move the machine power switch (8) to the OFF position.
Remove the tooling. Reconnect the hydraulic lines to the auger motor.
Close access panel

Connect Tool (B) to elbow (18). Connect fitting (17) to Tool (A).Note: Make sure the flow meter is oriented correctly regarding the flow being measured.
Disconnect fitting (16) from fitting (15) in port "B" of the right auger motor. Plug fitting (16) with Tool (H) and cap fitting (15) with Tool (J).
Disconnect fitting (19) on flushing line from elbow (20). Plug fitting (9) with Tool (K). Cap elbow (20) with Tool (L).Conveyor Motor

Auger Motor
Move machine power switch (8) to the ON position.
When the LED next to push to start switch (5) is illuminated, press the push to start switch. Release the push to start switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes.

Press rpm increase switch (30) for the throttle control to place the engine in high idle. The engine speed should increase to 2200 rpm.
