(1) Glass group (2) Latch assemblies (9) Screws (10) Rollers (13) FrameNote: Hold the upper window frame while latch assemblies are removed. The window will fall into the cab. The upper window frame with glass weighs 20 kg (44 lb).
Remove the latch assemblies (2) by removing eight screws (9) .
Slowly tilt the top of the window frame into the cab. The distance should be enough to remove the top roller (10) on the right side of the window frame.
Pivot the window frame on the left rollers and remove the lower right roller (14) .
Remove the left rollers. Use the methods in Steps 13 and 14 in order to remove the roller.
Remove the window frame through the front opening.Replacing the Glass in the Window Frame

Place the window frame on a flat work surface. The front of the window frame should face the top of the work surface. The work surface must support 20 kg (44 lb).
Remove the holders that secure the glass (1) to the frame (13). Refer to Illustration 8.
Remove the damaged glass from the frame.

(D) Safety information on the glass (1) Glass (15) SealNote: Before putting the new glass in the frame, check for the mark for safety (D) on the glass. This mark must be located in the lower right corner of the upper glass when the window frame is installed on the cab. Refer to Illustration 9.
Remove the seal (15) from the damaged glass. You can reuse the seal if the seal is not damaged.
Install the seal (15) around the new glass.
Install the new glass and the seal in the window frame. Lubricate the seal with soapy water in order to make installing easier.
Install the holders that secure the glass to the frame. There should be no clearance between the glass and the frame.

Tighten the bolts (14) of the holders (11,12) to a torque of 3 .5 N m (2.21 0.37 lb ft). Make sure that the holders do not pass over the lip of the seal. Refer to Illustration 10.The window group is now ready for installation on the cab.Installing the Window Frame on the Cab

Install the slider (G) of the cable (8) at the bottom of the track guide (F). The bottom of the track guide is located at the lower right hand corner of the window opening on the cab. Do not extend the cable too far. The slider will come out of the track guide if cable is extended too far. Refer to Illustration 11.
Bring the window through the front window opening. The top of the window must enter the window opening first.
Put the rollers on the window frame.
Put the left side rollers of the window
