Remove the side cover. Rework the original parts as shown in the following Illustrations.

Weld the 320-5783 Sheet , 320-5782 Sheet , and 8T-3597 Weld Nut .

Remove the upper cover (original part)

Drill two 16.75 mm (0.66 inch) diameter holes as shown and weld two 8T-3597 Weld Nuts to the back side of the upper cover.

Install the reworked side cover.
Install the original fender cover.
Install the reworked upper cover.
Install the new 330-1632 Sheet .
