Remove the bellows by moving the locking lugs to the end of the guide. Refer to Illustration 8.

Push the locks beneath the seat cushion lightly forward on both sides to unlock the seat cushion. Refer to Illustration 9.

Lift the seat cushion as shown taking care to retain the sensor springs. Refer to Illustration 10.Replace Roller Guides

Remove the roller guide bolts and remove the roller guides, taking care to keep the white track roller in position. Refer to Illustration 11.

Replace the roller guides with new roller guides from the kit. Refer to Illustration 12.
Assemble with four new M6 Loctite screws tightened to a torque of 10.5 0.5 N m (93.0 4.4 lb in).Assemble Seat

Replace the seat cushion by gently pushing the locks forward from beneath the seat to the outside and apply pressure on the seat cushion until the cushion locks. Refer to Illustration 13.

Check to be sure that the springs are straight. Refer to Illustration 14.

Replace the bellows on the left and right into the guides provided. Refer to Illustration 15.

Install the rear covers in the order shown. Refer to Illustration 16.

Assemble the seat belts, taking care to place the eye connector between the washer and spacer sleeve. Refer to Illustration 17.

Bolt the seat belts on both sides and tighten to a torque of 37.5 3.5 N m (27.7 2.6 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 18.

Push the backrest onto the seat rod until the backrest locks in place. Refer to Illustration 19.Install Seat in Operator Station

Assemble the seat onto the guide rail. Refer to Illustration 20.

Attach the safety cable to the rear wall and tighten to a torque of 28 N m (20.7 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 21.Reference Section
