Use the following procedure with numerical sequence 1 to 5 as shown in Illustration 1 in order to tighten the clamps:
1 2 9N-1941 V Band Clamp Tighten the third v band clamp sequence to 8.5 1.0 N m (75.2 8.9 lb in).
Then lightly tap clamp on bottom, left side, right side, and then next to the bolt.
Again retorque the clamp to 8.5 1.0 N m (75.2 8.9 lb in).
2 2 176-8234 Clamp Tighten the second clamp sequence to 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).
3 2 8T-4184 Bolt Tighten the fourth bolt sequence to standard torque.
4 2 388-7016 Bent Bolt Clamp Tighten the fifth bent bolt clamp sequence to 47 6 N m (35 4 lb ft).
5 2 346-0335 Band Clamp Tighten the first band clamp sequence to 35 2 N m (26 2 lb ft).
