Inside diameter of the new piston pin is 25.1 to 25.7 N.m (222.2 to 227.5 lb in).
Length of the new piston pin is 89.8 0.2 N.m (66.2 0.1 lb ft).
Bore in the new piston body assembly for the piston pin is 60.125 0.005 mm (2.3671 0.0002 inch).
5 2 250-2940 Pin Retainer Install the pin retainer with the gap at the bottom of the piston as shown in Illustration 1.
6 1 150-1156 Special Bolt Torque to 25 6 N m (221 53 lb in).
- - - After the piston rings have been installed, rotate the piston rings so that the end gaps are 120 degrees from each other.
