Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI32631" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number,"96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The duplex oil filter control valve plate needs to be replaced on certain C175-16 Marine Engines Petroleum and Marine and C175-16 Petroleum Generator Set Engines. The existing plate can be incorrect. If the plate is incorrect, when performing an oil change, oil pressure maybe present at the servicing location.
