Removal Procedure
Disconnect batteries before performance of any service work.
Disconnect the battery. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery or Battery Cable - Disconnect".

Pull back rubber cover (1) and rubber covers (2).

Remove nut (4). Disconnect harness assembly (3).
Remove nuts (7). Disconnect harness assemblies (5) and (6).
Remove bolts (8). Remove air inlet heater solenoid (9). Installation Procedure

Position air inlet heater solenoid (9) on the engine. Install bolts (8).
Connect harness assemblies (5) and (6). Tighten nuts (7) to a torque of 2.25 0.25 N m (20 2 lb in).
Connect harness assembly (3). Tighten nut (4) to a torque of 9 1 N m (80 9 lb in).

Position rubber cover (1) and rubber covers (2) over the nuts and harness assemblies.
Connect the battery. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery or Battery Cable - Connect".
