Information:
When you pave, do not force excessive material onto the cut-off shoes. This will increase the drag and put exessive strain on the end gate. Damage to the end gate may occur.
Unlock the cut-off shoes from the end gates before you raise the screed for travel. This will prevent the cut-off shoes from contacting the auger conveyor.

Select the proper shoe for the desired width. Raise the end gate.
Place the cut-off shoe on the end gate for the amount of reduction that is desired.
Lower the end gate (1) onto the cut-off shoe.
Install the stud (3) in the slotted hole (4) on the end gate. Install the bolt (2) in the hole on the end gate.
