The machine does not move during calibration.The bucket should be loaded and lifted at least SIX times and the hydraulic fluid temperature should be at normal operating temperature before going into calibration mode.During On-The-Go calibration:* Bucket must be fully racked back.* Lift lever in detent.* Engine speed at high idle.Empty Bucket Calibration
1. Raise empty bucket to the top of the lift and clear the display to read "0".2. Move the CALIBRATE/NORMAL switch to the CALIBRATE position. For all lifts, bucket should be racked back, engine at full idle and lift continuously from ground level.3. Lower bucket to ground and lift repeatedly until the display flashes. A minimum of THREE consistent lifts will be required, but not take any more than five lifts.4. Once the display flashes, adjust the display by using the STORE and REWEIGH switches to show zero.5. Return the CALIBRATE/NORMAL switch to the NORMAL position.Loaded Bucket Calibration
1. Place the known weight ( 10% of the rated load) in the bucket and raise to display a weight before moving switch to CALIBRATE/NORMAL at the top of the lift.2. Move the CALIBRATE/NORMAL switch to the CALIBRATE position. The display will show the word SET and bucket weight. For all calibration lifts, the bucket should be racked back, engine at full idle and lift continuously from ground level.3. Lower the bucket to ground, then lift repeatedly until the display flashes. A minimum of THREE consistent lifts will be required, but should not take any more than five lifts.4. Once the display flashes, adjust the display by using the STORE and REWEIGH switches to match the known weight.5. Return the CALIBRATE/NORMAL switch to the NORMAL position.
