Press equal on the Go to the IQAN and press F1 to go to the "Adjustment" screen.
Select "Factory Setup" and enter the four-digit pin code (0573).

Select "Propel Shift Pressure (FP)" and press OK. Adjust the value to 26200 kPa (3800 psi) with the up or down arrows and press OK.Propel Motor/IQAN Calibration
Note: This test is used to validate the pressure of the IQAN setting.

Personal injury or death can result from escaping fluid under pressure.Escaping fluid under pressure, even a very small pin-hole size leak, can penetrate body tissue and cause serious injury and possible death. If fluid is injected into your skin, it must be treated immediately by a doctor familiar with this type of injury.Always use a board or cardboard when checking for a leak.
Care must be taken to ensure that fluids are contained during performance of inspection, maintenance, testing, adjusting, and repair of the product. Be prepared to collect the fluid with suitable containers before opening any compartment or disassembling any component containing fluids.Refer to Special Publication, NENG2500, "Dealer Service Tool Catalog" for tools and supplies suitable to collect and contain fluids on Cat products.Dispose of all fluids according to local regulations and mandates.
Test
This test requires that propel is engaged.
Shut down the engine, remove the key, and remove the side screens. Thoroughly clean the area that will be serviced.
Open access door.

Attach 51710 kPa (7500 psi) gauge (CC) at port (3)
Attach 51710 kPa (7500 psi) gauge (DD) at port (6)
Have the operator start the engine, place the transmission gear box in high range. Place the propel motor autoshift lockout switch in "auto-shift" and Rabbit position. When the machine is in this mode, the light above the Rabbit is off.Note: The parking brake must be set and cab doors must be closed before the machine will start.Note: The parking brake must be released before propel can be engaged.Note: Press the "Arming" switch on the console to Arm the hydraulics.
The operator must securely apply and hold the service brake.

The forward pressure limiter adjustment screw (C) is located on the top left side of the propel pump. Use 14 mm wrench (AA) and 6 mm internal hex (BB) to turn the adjustment screw 2 to 2.5 turns counter clockwise.
Increase the engine speed to 1250 rpm.
Have the operator push the propel pedal for forward motion and apply the service brake. Watch both pressure gauges on pressure taps (3) and (6). Slowly turn the adjustment screw (C) clockwise to increase the pressure at pressure tap (3) gradually. At the point where pressure tap (3) begins to drop, the reading on pressure tap (6) is the shifting pressure. The value should be 26200 kPa (3800 psi). When, this reading is the
