Removal Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Loosen two hose clamps (1) on hose (2) .
Remove hose (2) .

Remove bolts (4) and washers from the mounting bracket on the air inlet manifold. Reposition the fuel filter and fuel filter base (3) in order not to interfere with removal of the air inlet manifold.

If necessary, remove bolt (5) and the washer from the air inlet manifold. Reposition two hoses (6) in order not to interfere with removal of the air inlet manifold.

Remove two bolts (7) from the air inlet manifold.
Remove bolt (8) and the washer from the fuel injection lines.
Remove four bolts (9) and washers from the air inlet manifold.
Remove elbow (10) and the gasket from the air inlet manifold.

Remove twenty-four bolts (12) and washers from the air inlet manifold.
Remove inlet manifold (11) and the gasket.
