Note: Be sure that Tooling (B) is moved with the front loader frame.
Attach a suitable lifting device to both sides of the front loader frame as shown help stabilize the front loader frame as it is being moved. Use a suitable lift truck to carefully push the front loader frame toward the rear loader frame. Push the front loader frame until the front hitch and the rear hitch are in alignment.

Use Tooling (A) to raise or lower the hitch of the rear loader frame. Note: The two individual hydraulic lift stands that constitute Tooling (A) may be operated independently of each other. This will assist in the alignment of the pin bores.

Coat the pin bores with Tooling (P). Install upper hitch pin (13), the washer, and bolt (12). Tighten the bolt to a torque of 100 20 N m (74 15 lb ft).

Coat the pin bores with Tooling (P). Install the lower hitch pin into the bores of the lower hitch. Install the lower hitch pin from the top side, as shown.
Connect the steering frame lock.

Install spacer (17) into the lower hitch, as shown.

Install plate (16) with two bolts and washers (15). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 700 N m (516 lb ft).
Use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between plate (16) and the frame.
Remove bolts (15) and the washers. Install the required amount of shims that are equal to the distance that was measured in Step 33 minus 0.25 mm (0.010 inch).
Install plate (16), bolts (15) and the washers. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 800 N m (590 lb ft).
Install bolts (14). Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 80 N m (59 lb ft).

Remove suitable cribbing (11).

Move the rod end of steering cylinder (10) into position. Install pin assembly (9) and install the washer and bolt (8). Connect tube assembly (7).

Disconnect Tooling (E) from the brake actuator (6). Connect hydraulic hose (5) to parking brake actuator (6).

Reposition the harness and connect clamp (4).

Connect harness assemblies (2). Attach cable straps (3).

Connect hose assemblies (1) to the rear loader frame.
Fill the implement hydraulic system. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct procedure. End By:

Install the center drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Drive Shaft (Center) - Remove and Install".
Install the tilt lever and the tilt links. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Lever and Tilt Link - Install".
Install the Bucket. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Bucket - Install".
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
