Eccentric Screw Adjustment
Do not hold the transmission control lever in the full FORWARD or REVERSE position for more than 5 seconds at any one time. Return the lever to the NEUTRAL position for at least 10 seconds in order to prevent extreme overheating of the oil in the drive pumps.
Do not stall the implements during hydraulic system warm-up. Stalling the implements causes oil to flow across the relief valve. Stalling can damage the vane-type hydraulic pump when the system is cold. Before you allow the implements to stall, wait until the hydraulic system reaches operating temperature.
Note: If the oil is not warm, warm the power train oil to operating temperature. Start the engine. Ensure that the brakes are engaged by calibration submode 20. Run the engine at high idle. Stall the transmission in five second intervals in order to warm the oil to the first mark on the temperature gauge. Wait for 10 seconds after each stall of the transmission. Shut off the engine.
Ensure that the brakes are engaged with calibration submode 20.

(9) ECM Manifold (10) Pressure Tap (Left FORWARD Signal) (11) Pressure Tap (Right FORWARD Signal) (12) Pressure Tap (Left REVERSE Signal) (13) Pressure Tap (Right REVERSE Signal)Note: Use tooling (E) to check for low pressure under 1000 kPa (145 psi). The low-pressure gauges were installed in order to test for the speed/direction control lever in the REVERSE or in the FORWARD direction until "1" only.
Install tooling (E) on the pressure taps for left FORWARD (10) and left REVERSE (12) signal pressure. Install tooling (E) on "X1" and "X2" port for the left drive pump.
Start the engine and run the engine at high idle. Go to calibration submode 15. Move the speed/direction control lever in the FORWARD direction until "1" is displayed. Adjust the FORWARD signal pressure with the calibrate switch until you obtain a difference in signal pressure of 210 kPa (30 psi) between FORWARD and REVERSE.Note: Allow the pressure reading to stabilize for a few seconds after making any pressure adjustments.Record the pressures at "X1" and "X2" in Table 2.
Move the speed/direction control lever in the REVERSE direction until "1" is displayed. Adjust the REVERSE signal pressure with the calibrate switch until you obtain a difference in signal pressure of 210 kPa (30 psi) between FORWARD and REVERSE.Note: Allow the pressure reading to stabilize for a few seconds after making any pressure adjustments.Record the pressures at "X1" and "X2" in Table 2.
Complete the calculations in Table 2.
