A 185-3630 Strap Wrench As 1 Start By:
Remove bottom guards.
Remove right engine enclosure door.
Do not lower the bottom guard while under the machine. Injury could occur if the bottom guard slips off of the jack while it is being lowered.
Note: The weights of bottom guards are between 45 kg (100 lb) and 84 kg (185 lb). Bottom guards may contain 90 kg (200 lb) of rock, dirt, liquids, and debris.
Accidental machine starting can cause injury or death to personnel working on the machine.To avoid accidental machine starting, turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position and remove the key. If the machine is not equipped with a battery disconnect switch, disconnect the battery cables from the battery and tape the battery clamps.Place a do not operate tag at the battery disconnect switch location to inform personnel that the machine is being worked on.
Personal injury can result from hot coolant, steam and alkali.At operating temperature, engine coolant is hot and under pressure. The radiator and all lines to heaters or the engine contain hot coolant or steam. Any contact can cause severe burns.Remove cooling system pressure cap slowly to relieve pressure only when engine is stopped and cooling system pressure cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.Do not attempt to tighten hose connections when the coolant is hot, the hose can come off causing burns.Cooling System Coolant Additive contains alkali. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Hot oil and components can cause personal injury.Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.

Remove right side access door (1). Remove covers (2) and (3).

Remove tube assembly (4). Use Tooling (A) to remove filter (5).

Disconnect tube assembly (7) from the bottom of power train oil cooler (6).
Remove bolts (8). Remove clamp assembly (9) and remove tube assembly (7).
Disconnect tube assembly (10) from the bottom of power train oil cooler (6).

Attach a suitable lifting device to power train oil cooler (6). The weight of power train oil cooler (6) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).
Remove bracket (12). Remove bolts (11).
Use the suitable lifting device to move power train oil cooler (6) forward, and lower power train oil cooler (6) to the ground. Installation Procedure
Install power train oil cooler (6) in the reverse order of removal.
