Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Remove the fan guard.
Turn the disconnect switch to the off position.

Remove the hydraulic tank cap and install Tooling (A). Apply 275.79040 kPa (40 psi) to 413.68560 kPa (60 psi) of air pressure to Tooling (A) .

Disconnect hose assembly (1) and reposition out of the way.
Disconnect harness assembly (2) and remove bracket (3) .

Disconnect deflector (4) and reposition deflector (4) back away from the fan.Note: Note the alignment marks for assembly purposes.

Remove bolts (6) and fan assembly (5) .

Remove bolts (8). Remove fan assembly (7) from the fan drive assembly.Installation Procedure
Install fan assembly (7) in the reverse order of removal.
Install bolts (8) to the following torque 20 N m (177 lb in) to 24 N m (212 lb in).
