Photo does not show 1st stage conveyor assembly motor removed.1. Loosen adjusting bolt (1) (both sides) to release the tension on the 1st stage conveyor assembly belt.2. Support pulley (2) with a transmission jack.3. Remove two bolts (3) that hold the bearing block to each side of the 1st stage conveyor assembly.4. Lower the transmission jack to allow two people to remove drive (2) from the 1st stage conveyor assembly. The weight of the drive is 74 kg (165 lb).
