Use a suitable hoist and a suitable lifting sling in order to install fan drive motor (17). The weight of fan drive motor (17) is 64 kg (140 lb).
Install four bolts (18) .

Invert the fan drive assembly onto suitable wood blocks, as shown.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to the fan assembly.
Use the hoist in order to install fan assembly (16). The weight of fan assembly (16) is 75 kg (165 lb).

Install washer (15) and bolt (14) .

Attach Tooling (A) to the upper fan support.
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to Tooling (A) .
Use the hoist in order to install the fan assembly.

Install eight bolts (13) .
Install eight bolts (12) .
Remove Tooling (A) .

Install upper fan guard (8) .
Install eight bolts (7) .
Connect hose assemblies (9) and (10) .
Install hose clamp (11) .

Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to lower grate (5) .
Use the hoist in order to install lower grate (5). The weight of lower grate (5) is 36 kg (80 lb).
Install six bolts (6) .

Attach a suitable hoist and suitable lifting slings to upper grate (3) .
Use the hoist in order to install upper grate (3). The weight of upper grate (3) is 60 kg (135 lb).
Install six bolts (4) .

Attach Tooling (A) to panel (1) .
Attach a suitable hoist and lifting slings to Tooling (A) .
Use the hoist in order to install panel (1) .

Remove Tooling (A) .
Install four bolts (2) .End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
