When reporting the repair, use "PS5293" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

The differential relief valve drain hoses need to be replaced on certain 375, 375L and 5080 Excavators. Oil leaking may occurred on the drain hoses for differential relief valves located on the main pumps and connected to the hydraulic tank, this is due to an interference problem due to the hoses displacement during the machine in operation.

Position the machine on level ground. Attach a vacuum to the hydraulic tank. Be prepared to catch hydraulic oil spills that may occur.
A. Remove parts from the machine (shown in Illustration 1).
Illustration 1B. Prepare the Upper frame by making an opening, and then welding the hardware. See Illustrations 2 and 3.
