Remove four bolts (3) and washers.
Remove plate (4) .
Remove four nuts (1) and washers.
Remove plate (2) .Note: The governor control must be in the LOW IDLE position and the service brake pedal must be depressed in order to remove plate (2) .
Move the governor control to HIGH IDLE.

Loosen two screws (5). Do not remove the screws.

Fully depress service brake pedal (7) .Note: The service brake pedal must be depressed until the adjustment is complete.
Rotate the switch assembly (6) until the switch actuates.
Continue to rotate the switch for an additional 4 + 2/− 1 mm (0.16 + 0.08/− 0.04 inches). Refer to dimension (B) in view (A) .
Tighten two screws (5) .
Release the service brake pedal.
Calibrate the service brake pedal and perform the service brake test again. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Position Sensor (Service Brake Pedal) - Calibrate" and refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Service Brake Pedal - Test".
Install the two plates.
