Removal Procedure

Remove belt (5). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Inspect/Replace".
Remove bolts (3) and the washers from pulley (2) and crankshaft vibration damper (1). Remove pulley (2) and crankshaft vibration damper (1) from crankshaft pulley (6).
Remove bolts (4). Remove crankshaft pulley (6). Installation Procedure

Position crankshaft pulley (6) on the crankshaft. Install bolts (4). Tighten bolts (4) to a torque of 160 30 N m (118 22 lb ft).
Position crankshaft vibration damper (1) on crankshaft pulley (6). Position pulley (2) on crankshaft vibration damper (1). Install bolts (3) and the washers.
Install belt (5). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Belts - Inspect/Replace".
